We started with a walk through the olive groves, then we saw the equipment that produces the olive oil, a description of the process, and a short video. The one-hour visit combines a historic mill setting, clear explanations, and guided shopping. The actual production site is elsewhere, so expect interpretation rather than a working factory tour.
